What we can help with

Setup problems — the robot not placing trades, VPS questions, platform or broker settings.

Corrections — if something we published is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

What we cannot help with

So you are not left waiting on a reply we cannot give, here is what falls outside what we do:

Personalised financial or investment advice. We are not licensed advisors and cannot tell you what to trade, how much to risk, or whether a trade suits your circumstances.
Managing your account or trading on your behalf. We never ask for, and will never accept, your login credentials.
Guaranteeing results. Nobody can honestly promise profits on XAUUSD, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Broker account disputes. Deposits, withdrawals and account issues must go to your broker's own support.

A safety note: we will never message you first asking for money, passwords, MT4/MT5 investor logins, or remote access to your computer. If an account claims to be us and asks for any of that, it is not us — please report it and let us know.
